Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
• Products purchased during final sale or clearance events.
• Gift cards.
• Items returned after the 7-day window.

To request a return, please:

1. Email us at support@antifake.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, in which case we cover the shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return.

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different variant (e.g., size or shade) subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at support@antifake.in within 7 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank or card statement. If the issue persists, contact your bank — processing times may vary. If you still need help, reach us at support@antifake.in.
